The scope, deliverables, and terms of each service engagement shall be governed by a separate written agreement or purchase order between SeaDecker and the client.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SeaDecker International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of cargo, vessel delays, or data loss, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising under a specific service engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that specific service in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
