SeaDecker International provides a range of maritime services including, but not limited to, Trading, EXIM (Export-Import), Ship Supplies, Marine Surveys, Crewing, Chartering, and Port Agency. The scope, deliverables, and terms of each service engagement shall be governed by a separate written agreement or purchase order between SeaDecker and the client.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.

All quotations and price estimates provided by SeaDecker are valid for the period stated in the quotation document and are subject to market conditions. Agreed fees are payable as per the terms set out in the relevant service contract. Late payments may attract interest at the rate prescribed under applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SeaDecker International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of cargo, vessel delays, or data loss, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising under a specific service engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that specific service in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
